Taylor's First Christmas!

Happy Holidays!

We hope this finds you and your family well. We have had a wonderful holiday with Taylor this year. We have also had fun as the Holidays grew near. We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas day with our parents. Both David's brothers were out of town for Christmas so the six of us + Taylor spent the Holiday together. We had our parents over for Christmas Eve dinner and then again on Christmas for yummy left over turkey sandwiches. Then LuLu (Martha Lu) watched Taylor while the rest of us served dinner and cleaned up at Wayside Christian Mission.

Our friends, Jeff and Allison Bolton, were in town from Boston and they met Taylor for the first time. Here is their little boy Cooper playing with Taylor. She really liked Cooper and he played very well with her too!

Our friends Will and Sara Whiteside were in town last weekend and we were able to meet them for brunch at Lynn's.

Happy Holidays!

Happy Holidays from our family to yours. Here are some pictures of our family and how big Taylor is getting. We hope you are doing well and staying warm!

"May your Holiday Season be filled with Love, Laughter, and Cheer!"

6 month Pictures taken by Hollie Colwick... Taylor is sitting up all by herself these days. She is eating squash and sweet potatoes that I may myself for her. She is a good eater and still a great sleeper... and yes, we are still using cloth diapers!

Shannon (and baby), Miles, and Mark preparing mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving dinner. Lucy must have been napping...

Thanksgiving day usually begins with a football game with friends. David, his brothers, and father play every year. Some of us just watch though!

Taylor waking Uncle Mark up after he had too much Turkey!

I can touch my toes...

Taylor is also sitting up very well all by herself but sometimes she needs some help balancing. Luckily Bailey dog is very helpful!

Taylor's first UL basketball game!

Our Family...

We hope your Thanksgiving was yummy and warm. We were blessed to have such good family at our meal. We did miss Jon and his girlfriend, Emie. They stayed in Michigan for Thanksgiving but will move to Louisville in two weeks. Please keep them in your thoughts as they finish up in Michigan and make the move back to Louisville. I think that is it for now- until next time!
