Hello dear family and friends~
Time has passed and now Taylor has started Kindergarten, Molly is 5 months, and it is almost Thanksgiving- sheesh! So here we go back to June and I'll catch you up very quickly. Luckily we are all healthy and happy so it won't take too long!
We had visitors!
Aunt Lisa (Mark's sister) came in town to visit. We always have a good time visiting and she loved holding Molly. Lisa would want you to know that most of the time she help Molly- she was happy!
Uncle Kurt, Aunt Lisa, and Molly
Michael Rainwater with us on Frankfort Ave. in our old neighborhood. He and his Father were in town from Ohio. We had such a nice visit with them.
Kevin is loving on Molly. He just became a Grandfather in June and although he is partial to his grand baby- he gave Miss Molly some sweet hugs!
Here are some pictures taken by Emie several months ago. These are some of my favorites!
Her belly is growing!
cousins... this is one I just had to post!
the boys...
more family:)
This is David's Grandmother who came to visit for Virginia's 60th birthday!
And here is Taylor's school. She is a proud Dunn Dolphin and doing well in kindergarten!
Her first day of school...
Her second day of school!
This girl... What can I say? Age 5 must be a hard one. My friends- we may have a case of Jackal and Hyde. She holds it in at school and when she gets home- we get the brunt of whatever she can't handle. You know the saying, "OMG!" (That is Oh My God for those who are not text savvy:) She goes from hot to cold with no notice. Up until now, we've had enough tools in our tool box but then a new baby hit her... and then kindergarten. This must be a terrible combination. So- if she tells you her parents don't love her anymore because we didn't let her watch TV or go over to a friends house or because we told her "NO"- please be patient. We do love her very much but this parenting this doesn't come with an instructional manual and NO ONE WARNED US ABOUT THIS!
We are able to have fun together though:) GO CARDS!
Crazies...
This beaut was at our house the other day... but it freaked me out. According to my facebook friends- this is a barn spider just like the one from Charlotte's Web.
Happy Baby is a good Baby!
So are sleeping babies...
Reaves! (Jon and Emie's little girl) She's a messy one!
Age 3- "When I grow up I want to be a Dentist!"
This sweet face doesn't talk back to us yet- that is a GREAT thing!
Molly is in there- promise... If she could talk she'd tell you, "Welcome to my life..." or "GET THE HECK OUT OF MY FAAAACCCCEEEE!"
Hallelujah for Grandparents! Thank you all for taking care of our kiddos so we could have a weekend away:) A much needed weekend a way may I add!
David's buddy from Vandy got married in DC last month and we had a blast!
Any Steeler fans out there?
We traveled home on a Sunday... an NFL Sunday at that. Thank God for modern technology so David could keep up with his fantasy league while on the road.
Happy Halloween!
My 2 Dads!
Tootsie Reaves!
Taylor's Halloween party at school:)
With Taylor's new dramatic ways we've tried to do more family activities and one on one dates with me. The kids were out of school yesterday for Veterans Day and we took the kids to the Aquarium in New Port, KY. It was a good day!
Thank you to all our Veterans! We are so thankful for all you do and have done for our Country. Thank you for taking the time to keep up with our little family. These kids are growing like weeds and we are trying to maintain our sanity as we help them grow! Molly was also Baptized in August. I could not get these photos to upload so check them out on this link.
