Labor Day Weekend

We had a great long weekend and we hope you did too! We started our weekend with a good old high school ST. X football game... Then more football- visitors and our first dip in the pool.

Uncle Jon came to visit in hopes to find an internship to complete his semester from law school. He was successful and did find an internship. We are so proud of him!

She is getting big! She needs a little help to sit up on her own but really enjoys sitting up like a big girl!

Our friends Katy and Jason came into town for the big game. Tailgating was fun and really hot. Unfortunately the heat only paid off for the Cat fans. I guess it would be nice to clarify that although Katy and Jason aren't wearing a lot of blue- they are indeed Cat fans. I think all UL fans are looking forward to basketball season....

Despite the heat- there were lots of fan and lots of red!
On Labor Day morning- we all slept in. Taylor woke up at 8am and I brought her into bed with us. I woke up at 9:30am and David and Taylor slept in until 10:15am. If you believe it- David woke up first and then the baby.
And here is Taylor's first dip in the pool. The Hitron family shared their pool with us. If you look closely at her face she was not loving it. The water was a little cold for her but she was a trooper. We will have to keep working on it!
Well- we wish you all a wonderful week and a break in the heat. Please keep our friends Blakely and Tommy in your thoughts and prayers. They are expecting a little baby sometime in the very near future. Blakely is hanging in there but it is hot outside and she is 38 weeks pregnant. We are thinking of you all- Take Care! ~Megan, David, Taylor, and Bailey~
