New changes and exciting news!

Well- we have been in our new home of 2312 Tuckaho Rd. Lou, KY 40207 since June 15th. I'd say we are settled in but are not quite ready to call it home sweet home. We are renovating the kitchen starting 7/13 and giving the master bath a face lift. These will help us feel more at home. We still have lots of work to do- but slowly we will make it our home. David and I did not realize how leaving our Crescent Hill home would affect us. It took several days of true grieving but we are enjoying our new home more and more!

David has power washed the deck and our friends, Katy and Jason, came to visit us over the weekend to help us build a fence for Bailey dog. Well- really just the boys built the fence- but Katy and I were a great support!

The fence building men!

the newly power washed deck was a hit at our 4th of July cook- out

It seems we have been up to a lot lately besides moving. In the midst of our moving we traveled to Pittsburgh, PA to visit my Dad's Aunt Frances. We had a nice time and Taylor was great on the road. She is such a sweet girl.

Aunt Frances, 95 years young, is in good health and is as sharp as she ever was! She loved watching Taylor play and chatter in Taylor language.

Mom, David, and I took a trip to see Falling Water, a home designed by Frank Loyd Wright. It is just as beautiful every time we go! (We also squeezed a Pirates game in but didn't take pictures.)

It also makes a great background for pictures...
Taylor gives sweet kisses now...

And these two beauties are going to be parents again! It came as a bit of a surprise but will be adding to our family at the end of January. We are very excited and will be busy with two just 20 months apart. We feel very blessed. Please keep us in your prayers for a healthy baby! We hope this entry has found you well and that you are enjoying your summer. Take Care and we will write soon!
