The beach, great concerts, friends, and family

Hello! This is a long one! We've been to a great music festival at Churchill Downs, then yet another birthday party, and finally... The Beach!

We love to make sweets together!

There was a weekend long music festival called "HullabaLOU" this past weeked and it was held at Churchill Downs here in Lousiville. Were were lucky enough to use this caboose before heading to the concerts. It was a HOT weekend... so we didn't see all the shows- but we managed to fit a few great shows in! U of L football has a row of cabooses next to the football stadium. They can be leased for a couple years as an air conditioned tailgate with a clean restroom! We were able to use this caboose because Tommy designed the inside of it for his cousin. Also, our friend brought a motorized cooler to tailgate and I thought it was funny!

She loved the pool much more than the beach but she weathered through it! She liked the water but not so much on the sand...

We had a great time and a busy week! Summer has been really fun but it is coming to an end. Parents Day Out begins on August 31st. Taylor will continue on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Ben will go on Tuesdays. This will give me an opportunity to go back to Brooklawn and volunteer for a few hours. Have a great week and we hope to see you soon!

Oh- and I'd like to give a shout out to my Mom... who turned 58 yesterday. Happy Birthday Mom!!!
