It's been a while- sorry! Here is what we've been up too lately! We've completed 6 weeks of swimming lessons, moving to a big boy bed, traveling, and a new addition to our family!
Our kiddos completed Infant Swim Resource classes- THANK GOODNESS! This class was EVERYDAY (5 days a week) for 6 weeks and 10 minutes a day. Phew! I watched as my children cried and cried then accomplished. This course is designed to teach children to swim from about two feet from the edge of the pool and rest on their backs. Did you know 70% of children drownings occur only a foot away from the edge of the pool? This is because most drownings occur when parents are not watching and children are running beside the edge of the pool. They slip and fall into the water and do not know how to swim. So- our kids will be able to swim to the edge and hold on or climb out. They also learned to rest on their backs in the water in case they end up in the middle of the pool- they can float on their backs until rescued! I will be able to relax and have fun with them at the pool this summer. We swim at the YMCA pool and the 16 year old life guards are too busy looking at each other- I'm not sure they are watching my kids!

She is a sweetie and everyone is doing well!
We spent a weekend with Katy, Jason, Jay, and Eva! Ben has decided to give up his naps in his crib/ bed. He prefers the couch or the car! It never fails- I try to put him down for a nap and he plays in his bed for 30 minutes. Then I give up- put him in the car to run errands and .... asleep before we are out of the neighborhood.
Look closely at this picture! This is Mia dogs luxury crate that baby Jay has trapped his sister, Eva, in! She kind of deserves it. She is a tab bit bigger than him. She takes his pacifier out of his mouth and she takes his toys. Either way- it's hilarious! AND- we want to wish these sweet twins HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Jay and Eva turn 1 year old tomorrow, the 9th! Congratulations to Jason and Katy for surviving the first year with two. We all know surviving the first year with one kiddo is hard enough!
Cool guy with his shades on top of his head!
Shades and funny faces on a sunny day!
Check out the big boy bed! He is super proud and has slept great in his new bed!
She actually sat in the Dentist's chair and let him use the tooth brush that "buzzes"!
Our hair cuts with Wendy!
Ben tasting a lemon- hilarious!
This is Taylor's "husband" from school. He and Taylor play house together and they tell everyone they are husband and wife. When she plays "wedding" at our house- we always have to wait for Leo to come over to her wedding. His Mom and I took them to the zoo and they had a great time! It's fun to watch them be so sweet.
David's cousin. Greg, has moved to Louisville to work and live before he starts Dental school. We went out for dinner and drinks and had a great time. My camera on my phone reflects off of my phone case at night- so we look kind of scary... but we're not!
This is Missy, who introduced me to Arbonne! We went to Las Vegas this past month for our Global Training Conference. The conference was AWESOME and I brought back so many great ideas and plans to implement. I am dedicated to my business and it feels great! I have really enjoyed having something to do that does not deal with changing diapers and rushing to get kiddos to school on time.
David also went to New Orleans for the Final Four games. The University of Louisville played the University of Kentucky in New Orleans. What a great game he got to see! UK advanced to the finals- but UL played a great game!
That is it for now- but Miss Taylor turns 4 years old on the 15th- so we'll post again soon!
Love to you all and see you soon! ~Megan!
