CARDS CARDS CARDS!!!

Hello!  I am happy to be writing this entry with the sun shining through my windows.  It sure does lift ones mood!  We've done a lot of fun things the last month!  We survived March Madness and all that went with it and we're happy report that we went and conquered!  We started our tournament watching off by taking the kids to watch the Women's quarter finals at the YUM! Center.  Just in case you missed it- Louisville had both Men and Women's basketball team attend the Final Four!  The Women hosted some games (because they are awesome too!) so we took the kids for a game and cheered them to victory!

We started our spring break off with a good old Easter egg hunt at Church!

And took Bailey to Locust Grove to run free in the sun shine!

These monkeys accompanied me to my Doctors appointment.  They love the toy room... My Doctor let them hold the Doppler while we listed to baby Molly's heartbeat and measure my growing belly:)

We visited the animals at Henry's Ark.  They have several different animals there like Water Buffalo and Alpaca in this photo.  There also was a reindeer, deer, and lots of ducks taking baths.
 And this beauty!

We watched tv in bed until our tummies needed breakfast

Read a lot of books...

And watched basketball with Daddy...

Then we packed up the kids and our favorite 6th grade cousin, Maddie, and headed to Atlanta for the Final Four!  We caravanned with David's parents, his Aunt and Uncle! We are happy to report it was soooo worth it!

Me with Aunt Rusti before we entered the arena to play Wichita State....

My husband and in his cardinal bird mask...

Ahhh... we made it to the final game (barely) and were able to stay a couple more days in Atlanta.  This year marked the 75th anniversary of the Final Four.  Atlanta was the host to Division I, II, and III Men's basketball finals.  They held a huge event for families with different games and such...
Of course my husband and Uncle Robert found the golf simulator...

And Taylor dunked on Maddie!

I thought this was hilarious... I guess the NCAA paid for Cody Simpson to perform at this big event too. Pre teen girls were screaming, crying, and literally knocking down the metal gates to touch Cody.  Supposedly he is the Aussie version of Justin Bieber.  Oh My- I'm so glad I never acted like that with New Kids on the Block!

David ran into his favorite XM talk radio sports guys.

The next day we went to the Aquarium in Atlanta.  Their aquarium was phenomenal and I'm still raving about it!  It was worth every penny and these pictures do not do it justice.
(Not sure why Taylor makes these terrible faces in pictures)

Did you know Penguins choose life mates?

Getting ready to see a Dolphin show where the divers swim and dive off the dolphins. AMAZING!

My Mom hates frogs so I had to get these for her!

Ahhhh... back to the room for a little R&R before the big game!

VICTORY!!!!  The University of Louisville Men's Basketball are Champions!!!!  Man- it really felt good and made the trip worth whining kiddos, being 7 months pregnant, not being able to have an ice cold beer, and every penny spent!

 cutting down the net!

ohhh... and then there was the long ride home- but we honked at all the Card fans on the way home!

And Maddie still loved our family after being with us for 4 days straight to hang around and play with the kids.

For a brief couple days- it was warm enough for the first lemonade stand of the year!

And to go to the park with our friend, Ava, and her family!

Well there you have it- short and sweet.  Thank you for taking the time to read my blog.  I love using it as a way to document our growing kiddos and to share our family with our friends and family who are far away.  I have about 6 weeks left of the pregnancy.  I've been fortunate to have had an easy pregnancy and healthy babe so far- but I've almost reached my "Lets get this show on the road girlfriend!"  We just need to make it through Taylor's 5th birthday on May 16th and then this little girl is more than welcome to enter this crazy world.  We love her already and the kids are so excited about her.  Her room is not ready- but she does have a name... Molly Kathryn Schulte!

We love you all and wish you a wonderful Derby week!  It's that time here in Kentucky- the time we wait for every year- almost more than March Madness. We are taking the kids to the track later this week and will have more pictures to share with you after Taylor's birthday.  Have a wonderful week and a birthday shout out to Jason Harrison and Miles!  They share their birthday with Derby week!  ~Megan!
